In His Wake and A Friend in the Dark
Aloy rescues the remaining Quen and reunites with an old friend....
We only talk about one side quest in this episode, but based on the information it provides about the Quen, it felt like there was a lot to talk about. Aloy comes across Theoa, a Quen at Fleet’s End who is part of a splinter group within the tribe that is trying to “undermine” the Board of Compliance. Undermine seems like an understatement. The quest itself isn’t that long, but she tells us more about the Board and how they operate, which paints a much darker picture of the Great Delta than we have seen before. Side note, we do get to visit the ruins of LAX in this quest, so that was nice.
