On July 21st the State of California Department of Fair Employment and Housing announced it was pursuing litigation against Activision-Blizzard due to multiple claims of harassment and discrimination against their female employees. Nick and Katie discuss the news ranging from their reaction to their concern for the victims and their disappointment with Blizzard and attempt to process what happened.
