Nick and Katie are back to talk about the Patch 9.2 Eternity’s End announcement. They begin with Nick talking about how the Halloween Hershey Kisses look like Old Gods, in particular C’Thun. Then, Nick talks about how he’s been fascinated by videos of a guy trimming and fixing broken cow hooves, and how he realized it might appeal to him because its like watching a Tauren get a pedicure. Katie talks about how she decided to use all her Hallow’s End alts to try for the anniversary mount, and sacrificed all their Hallows End currency, only for Blizzard to change the mount to a 100% drop rate the next day.

Then they get into talking about Patch 9.2. They talk about the concept of Zereth Mortis as a crucible for the Progenitors or First Ones, and Nick points out how that’s a pattern repeated with the Titans and Un’goro Crater, and then mentions how the repetition is like a Fractal, which was one of the concepts that Al’firim was mentioning in his notes found in Tazavesh. He also talks about how Al’firim is now just Firim and that apparently he has transcended the need for a Cartel. They also talk about how the Enlightened Brokers have the ability to inhabit different armors and wonder if the same can be done with souls. Katie wonders if we’re going to see Arthas, and Nick theorizes about him returning to mentor Anduin. Finally, they talk about the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid and wonder about how the expansion is going to end.

Hosts

Nick Zielenkievicz

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.

Katie Grace

Katie is a long time gamer who has fallen in love with multiple genres. She started young by playing Nintendo 64, Spyro, and Blizzard games such as Warcraft II with family, then eventually moved into playing games in both my leisure time and as a occupation. She loves being immersed in different universes and exploring the characters that live in them, as well as just playing games for a good time.
