There is some chatter on the forums right now regarding pros controlling balance. Some agree, but many don’t. Who should control the balance? Unlike most competitive games, Overwatch isn’t dominated by its competitive players and has seen most of its success due to its high number of casual players. Does this mean the casuals should be important to balance changes?
