Not much going on in Overwatch this week, but thanks to Jeff Kaplan and his Reddit AMA, we got some insight into whats going on in Overwatch. Looks like changes are on the way to Eichenwalde’s first choke point, as well as new skins coming to McCree and Widowmaker. We also learn about the links between Titan’s classes and the characters we now have in Overwatch. Jaa was also disheartened to hear that some character balance changes are not made based on stats, and more on player perception. He thinks that’s dangerous.
Jeff Kaplan’s GDC 2017 keynote was also released, giving us some insight on why the world of Overwatch looks the way it does. We also talk about how the latest Ana and Zenyatta changes on the PTR were reverted within 24 hours, Blizzard handling XP exploiters, more changes in store for Sombra, and more.
