Before we begin, we’d like to offer our support to all the brave men and women protesting the gross injustices of systemic racism. We support #blacklivesmatter and look forward to a world that is truly equal for all.

Rei and Harv are TIRED this week! Rei starts off by talking about raiding but plenty of people aren’t showing up and this is the point in the expansion where its okay to take a break. Eric was working on transmog for an alt, but did at least use his main for Vexiona. Harv is busy moving and hasn’t played much outside of raid. Nick talks about running Torghast more on the alpha but even he’s getting tired lately and can’t run it as far as he’d like.

Nick then talks about Blizzcon being cancelled which everyone expected. They talk about the virtual event that will possibly happen in early 2021 and wonder if this could signal that Blizzcon will be in February every year going forward.

They also talk about the Shadowlands livestream scheduled for 6/9 being cancelled due to the protests. Nick mentions that it was not likely to be a zone preview and it must be introducing some new feature like possibly an auto-battler. Harv hopes for a date for the pre-patch.

Also in the news, Blood Elves and Void Elves have new customization features that will allow them to look like high elves among other things.

Nick and Harv take a moment to mourn the loss of wowtoken.info.

Nick looks at an article where Activision-Blizzard shareholders are calling for Bobby Kotick to step down as Activision-Blizzard CEO. Nick talks about Kotick’s longevity and the fact that he continues to generate revenue. This leads to a discussion of how Blizzard’s reverence for the latest protests clashes with their reluctance to support Hong Kong and Blitzchung, and has many people calling out the company for hypocrasy.

Our question of the week is “You have one Level Cap Boost — What would you use it on?!”

Finally, we look back at episode #60. Nick and Harv get into it about the camera changes in the Legion pre-patch.

Hosts

Nick Zielenkievicz

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.

Rei Liou

Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW

Eric Knutson

Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW

Christopher Greer

Chris has been playing World of Warcraft since 2007. When he's not playing his hunter in Azeroth, he's probably playing one of his many alt hunters. If not doing that, he's probably playing a different hunter.
