Patch 7.3 Thoughts (I Quest In Blood!!!)
Rei & Eric recount their experiences in Patch 7.3 including the Lucid Nightmare....
This week the gang takes a break from talking about WoW news and instead heads back into the Siege of Orgrimmar. First, Nick comments on his Pandaren Balloon theory as everyone heads to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Once there, they enter the raid and talk about Immerseus and how annoying he is to solo. Eric and Nick also talk briefly about spirit beasts. Then, they go on to face the Fallen Protectors, and Nick laments the death of the Golden Lotus. Norushen is next and is quickly dispatched. Then they fight the Sha of Pride after being annoyed at the trash in his room. Jaina shows up to telelport everyone to Orgrimmar, and Nick and Eric talk about the Dreadlord Jaina from the new Heroes of the Storm cinematic with Kel’thuzad.
They kill the trash cannons and finally work their way to Galakras, where again, they have to wait for the raid events to keep up with how quickly they are burning through the content. Iron Juggernaut is next, and Nick pulls him and he falls in no time. They go into Orgrimmar, where Eric reminisces about struggling with Mokvar the Treasurer, while Nick focuses on the relationship between Ji Firepaw and Aysa Cloudsinger. Nick also comments that this is when the raid gets weird for the Horde, because this part of Orgrimmar is so familiar. They defeat the Dark Shaman and move through the Drag to free Gamon from the tree. They head down into the Cleft of Shadow where Nick comments on the dead warlock trainers. They go through the old Ragefire Chasm and find Nazgrim, but he dies before everyone can even target him instead of the trash.
No one dies to the elevator boss, as they head into the Underhold. Nick talks about Malkorok, who started as Garrosh’s enforcer in Tides of War and eventually became a hulking orc behemoth, who was the prototype for the massive orcs we would see in Warlords of Draenor. The group moves to do Spoils of Pandaria, which is a nice way to bring back many of the mobs faced earlier in the expansion. Next up is Thok, who Nick wants to tame. Is he able to tame the beast, or does the group kill it first? After Thok, they go to Siegecrafter Blackfuse, where Eric talks about fighting him from the conveyer belts. The group struggles against the Klaxxi Paragons due to a bug, but eventually is able to down them.
Finally, they watch Thrall fail to subdue Garrosh, and then attack the Warchief themselves. They get to see the final phase on Mythic difficulty where Garrosh takes them to Nightmare Stormwind. Rei admires the faction leaders all impaled in the background.

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.
Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW
Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW
The Virtua Fighter Project, Clive in Tekken 8, more GG Strive Balanace Incoming, and FGC Tournament Standards
Siren's Isle is upon us! Come take the Patch 11.0.7 quiz to see how prepared you are! Also, Eric hates PUGs.
We talk about what's going on with the Felcycles, and we've been playing some Mythic+ and Classic. And The Old Republic?
A heaping helping of banter mixed in with reviewing the level 93 trial of Dawntrail's MSQ. Also candy discourse.
