Farewell Jeff, Hello Daisy!
Jeff Kaplan leaves Blizzard but everyone gets Daisy the sloth as consolation. Also TBC beta news and Sylvanas!...
Nick, Rei, Eric, and Harv are back to talk about what is going on in WoW lately! First, Rei talks about buying a rank 4 cloak and then the gang goes offtopic talking about survey scores, since you can’t rate auction house transactions. Rei also mentions that she likes to check who she is buying from when she does buy from the Auction House, as she likes to make sure she is supporting Alliance sellers. She talks about killing the World Boss in Ardenweald which leads to a discussion of the Death Knight ability Corpse Explode. Finally, she wonders if the Sky Golem should be made to allow for mining.
Eric, meanwhile, talks about finally getting through Sludgefist and Stone Generals to get up to Sire Denathrius, where they have been hitting a wall at 30%. Eric wonders if everyone in the group knows what they have to do because they have little margin for error.
Harv hasn’t played much but he did get in to the Burning Crusade Classic beta and checked that out briefly.
Nick brings up the struggles with people trying to get Anima. He talks about how he wants a certain transmog from the Kyrian Covenant but it requires a ton of anima to get there. Blizzard recently added some achievements to allow for quicker anima gains, which should improve the time, provided you are updating your Covenant Sanctum properly.
In other news, we are still waiting on the Chains of Domination PTR any day now, Blizzard esports announced the Great Push, and Blizzard celebrated April Fool’s with Patch 9.0.5.0.5 notes. Blizzard also announced they were allowing employees to get vaccinated. Blizzard Activision hired a member of the Trump administration. And finally, Blizzard updated the battle.net icon. Nick also gets off topic slightly by talking about Diablo II Remastered graphics.
Thanks to Alisaunder, Mark Portman, and Alenya for answering last week’s question of the week! This week’s question is What do you think of the state of Anima in the game right now? Is the recent patch enough? Let us know on twitter or discord or by email!
Finally, we look back at episode #82, when Rei and Eric beat Heroic Gul’dan, and Destiny 2 came to the Battle.net launcher.

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.
Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW
Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW
Chris has been playing World of Warcraft since 2007. When he's not playing his hunter in Azeroth, he's probably playing one of his many alt hunters. If not doing that, he's probably playing a different hunter.
The Virtua Fighter Project, Clive in Tekken 8, more GG Strive Balanace Incoming, and FGC Tournament Standards
Siren's Isle is upon us! Come take the Patch 11.0.7 quiz to see how prepared you are! Also, Eric hates PUGs.
We talk about what's going on with the Felcycles, and we've been playing some Mythic+ and Classic. And The Old Republic?
A heaping helping of banter mixed in with reviewing the level 93 trial of Dawntrail's MSQ. Also candy discourse.
