The Patch 10.1.7

Rei and Eric are back from their vacation and are ready to join Nick and Kura to talk about what is coming in Patch 10.1.7! But first, Rei talks about what they were doing before their brief hiatus from the game. Rei suggests that Blizzard should base loot drops by the make-up of the group running content, as it is no fun for gear to drop that no one can equip. She also had an encounter with a random PUG that she had pugged with a long time ago. Then she talks about how time rifts should acknowledge when players are grouped together, as she ran into a situation where she, as a low-dps healer, was being directed in one direction while her dps party-mates were being sent elsewhere.

Eric, meanwhile, talks about how he completed Glory of the Aberrus raider. He also talks about clearing the raid on alts.

Kurabara discusses how he had fun completing the raid achievements. He also talks about getting his rogue to level 70 and the struggle with all the content available and what is best for earning catch up gear. He and Nick also talk about the Kalimdor Cup and how they were a nice way to repurpose old content.

Next, Nick administers the Patch 10.1.7 quiz. He asks about the ping system, heritage armor, transmog changes, Dreamsurges and more. Compare your score with the winning score and let us know how you did!

Finally, they take a quick look back 100 episodes at episode # 145 from late November 2019. They get hung up on a congressman trying ban racist groups from using MMO’s like WoW to communicate.
