New Year's Goals and Doing your Homework
Nick and Rei talk about doing your homework before raiding and their goals for 2022, including #firebobbykotick....
Nick, Rei, and Harv are joined by a returning Eric to talk about what’s been going on in the WoW community lately, and so much more. Eric talks about playing his warlock recently and Nick brings up the new Incubus model that has been added for warlock demons. They talk about how imps compare to Gremlins which leads to an off-topic discussion about Gremlins and then Keanu Reeves movies. Nick says that warlocks should be able to glyph to alternate looks for the pets without using a tame mechanic like hunters.
Rei talks about running mythic+ without knowing the mechanics. She also talks about running raids on alts. She also brings up the mage tower which no one has had time to play. Harv talks about raiding and also playing some Final Fantasy XIV which lets Nick talk about how awesome Wondrous Tails is but also talk about how WoW needs to get their schedule together as far as releasing regular content. He points out that Destiny has almost regular weekly content and there’s no excuse for WoW not to. They also discuss if the Mage tower is too difficult or just difficult enough.
Next, Nick brings up the WoW Community Council and how they were debating if too many black NPC’s were in Stormwind, which led to some council members being outed as racists and kicked off the council. They talk about the disappointment with Blizzard for not getting ahead of this problem as it should have been obvious.
