Abottabad Compound Recreated as Counter Strike: Source Map

Yes, THAT Abottabad Compound.

Well, that didn’t take too long. Less than a week after his death, a map mimicking the infamous hideout of former public enemy number one was made available as a Counter Strike: Source map on Saturday. Judging by what’s been shown on CNN of the real multi-million dollar Abottabad compound, the map looks to be quite accurate. You can almost picture Seal Team Six jumping out of Black Hawks in the middle of the night, while the neighbor complains about the noise on Twitter.

User Fletch on Game Banana designed the map which “may be used as a base for a bomb or hostage map at a later stage.” You can head on over to Banana now to download the map, make a donation to its creator or complain about it being in bad taste; which, rest assured, some visitors already have.
