Destruction 2.0 Disappearing From Battlefield 3?

The building is coming down! (Not really)

In order to provide a better gaming experience for their customers, EA Dice developers stated recently that they would be slightly reducing the destruction of buildings in their upcoming shooter Battlefield 3.  Damage will be done in instead to facades that are built into the structures themselves.  While the fans of the game have gotten upset over this news, DICE still maintained that they would be able to blow up those sniper nests still and that Destruction 2.0 isn’t going anywhere.  I’m not too worried though, don’t always need to take out a whole building to remove a sniper!  (Counter sniper!)
