Nick and Katie are back and Nick is breaking his podcasting hiatus because the War Campaign is over!!! They begin by talking about the magnitude of the event as it signifies an end to major hostilities between the Horde and Alliance. They wonder if there will be an 8.3. Katie wonders about Sylvanas using Xalatath, and Nick specifies that Xalatath helped Sylvanas acquire the purple magic that she used. Nick compares Sylvanas class to the dual-class Hearthstone heroes. They evaluate Sylvanas throughout the expansion and how moments in prior cinematics predicted the events of the finale cinematic. The duo look at Nathanos and Xalatath’s path through the expansion. They also consider Sylvanas’ short temper.

Nick wonders if this whole expansion has been building to the reveal of a death faction, with an unknown leader. Nick tries to compare N’Zoth and Xalatath and Sylvanas to the last season of Lost. They ponder if Blizzard will release a patch 8.3 or if this will just go into 9.0. Finally, they talk about what they think will happen to the Warchief position. They consider Gallywix and how he should be replaced with Gazlowe, and discuss Calia Menethil (who Katie hates) or Lillian Voss. Finally, they consider Baine and Lor’themar. Nick tries to evaluate the leaders based on the might of their races, as well as Talanji’s existing relationship with Sylvanas, and also Bwonsamdi. Nick dismisses any idea of a council because the Horde has tried that before.

Katie will be a guest on next week’s episode of Rolling Restart! Check it out!

Nick Zielenkievicz

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.

She started young by playing Nintendo 64, Spyro, and Blizzard games such as Warcraft II with family, then eventually moved into playing games in both my leisure time and as a occupation.
