The Patch 10.0.5 Quiz

Nick, Rei, and Eric are back this week to prepare for Patch 10.0.5 landing next week! But first, Rei talks about she’s been up to. She talks about issues with the guild over loot rolls and how there are times when changes can be implemented to guild policies but that is not during a raid. Nick mentions that her raid logging with WoW Analyzer has been helping him on his Death Knight. Rei talks about wanting the return of bonus rolls, and Nick mentions that the Great Vault always confounds him when the choice is between an ilvl upgrade and a new transmog appearance. Rei also mentions that WoW closed on her while running a mythic+ 14. She also points out that the best way to level up Tuskarr reputation is to do the cooking event at night when no one is playing.

Eric meanwhile celebrates getting Raszageth down twice on normal, and getting up the the fourth boss on Heroic Vault of the Incarnates. He talks about doing some PVP on his warlock and using the Cobalt Assembly powers to survive attacks from the other players.

Next, it is time for the Patch 10.0.5 quiz. Questions focus on the Trading Post and the Trader’s Tender currency, the Storm’s Fury event in the Primalist Future, and changes to the transmog and war mode systems.

They also talk about the bunny mount that is coming for Lunar New Year to WoW, and debate whether the mount or the pet will be available in retail or classic. That should hopefully be cleared up in time.

Finally, they look back one hundred episodes to episode #129 when Harv shared a story and Ion did a Dev Q&A.
