RNG's a Bitch, Right?
News on 1.7 and Encrypted Caches in this weeks show....
Mike, Rob and Luke are back for more talk around The Division. The main focus of this weeks episode is the outgoing PTS2, which Luke has been testing fairly rigorously and Mike has spent a few hours in too. The boys talk about buffs and nerfs to Classified Gear Sets and their drop-rates, give feedback on where they think the build of 1.7 is currently and provide news from State of the Game regarding PTS3 which is live on PC now, and hopefully launching on console next Tuesday (25/07/2017).
In other news Rob and Mike quiz Luke on his experiences in the Destiny 2 beta, and there’s a little more talk of Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds.
This weeks Ideas For Massive was a call for more stats in the game. Luke, Mike and Rob have all played games like Battlefield 1 which provide a plethora of in-game statistics. Luke has been wanting more and more stats to be added into The Division for a long time now, so made his request official this week with #IFM. These kind of tie-in with Commendations which are part of update 1.7, but perhaps don’t go far enough so things like Agents Killed, Weapon Accuracy, Most Played Mission, Times Died in Dark Zone are called for.
Mike is a huge lover of all things media based. From games to movies, comics and music. Preferably the alternative genre.
A bit of geek when it comes to TV, Movies, Podcasts, and Games.
I've been a gamer ever since I can remember. I started with a Commodore64, then Amiga1200, and various PCs. Consoles I've owned include SNES, Wii, GameCube, Xbox 360 and every version of PlayStation to date. My most played games are Team Fortress Classic, Championship Manager, early COD titles (don't mention Black Ops or MW3!) as well as almost all of the Gran Turismo and GTA series'.
