"You have been removed from the group."
OoCS does Retail and Classic while Rei discusses her experience being the PUG in a raid. Classic exploded, leaving Blizzard to make a few tweaks between capacity and a firm no to ClassicLFG add-on....
This week, the gang gets a little heated over a few topics ranging from purchaseable mounts to Classic woes. OoCS continues with Heroic Eternal Palace, Harv rages a moment before pull, and two new bosses are downed! Mythic + Dungeons are still getting run, along with an attempt at a “Hard Mode” Mechagon in the wee hours of the morning.
In the news, people get worked up over the Alabaster mount controversy and Eric puts in his two cents on the wording of the opening statement in the Blizzard Shop.
120 Boosts are datamined in 8.2.5 and we question what will happen if there is a level squish.
The Closed Beta for Classic returns, bumping the level cap to 45. Players are able to use the forums to find people from Vanilla and reconnect to “bringing the band back together”. A handful of Classic realms are over 10,000 and full after the opening of name reservations — giving people that “Classic” feel for queue times already!
It turns out that Sylvanas will not be killed in this expansion. After a deep discussion, some of us come to the conclusion that Sylvanas and her sisters might have “daddy issues”. Harv believes her to be Garrosh 2.0 still.
Nick briefs over Christie Golden’s new cats being named after the Battle for Azeroth’s heroes; Anduin and Sylvanas. Activision Blizzard gains a corporate-wide Chief Marketing Officer as well as a Chief People Officer.
Finally, they look back at Episode #39. They talk about guild recruitment in and out of game, HFC, and Eric even quoted himself on Lars Ulrich since “loving the Warcrafts” is probably not something a WoW player would say to their fans.

Host of WoW! Talk! and The Tauren & The Goblin. Sometimes known as the Video Games Public Defender. Wants to play more Destiny and Marvel Heroes but WoW is all-consuming. Decent F2P Hearthstone player. Sad that he lost the Wii that had Wrecking Crew on it. Would be happy if the only game ever made was M.U.L.E. Gragtharr on Skywall-US. Garresque on Ravencrest-US.
Rei is the 1 of the 5 SEELE members and the Ops Director at MTB. She enjoys anime, baking, cooking, gaming ( fighting, puzzle, rhythm, RPGs ), and spending WAY too much time working on spreadsheets. Current Games: Tales of Crestoria, WoW
Auto mechanic, car enthusiast, gamer, runner and almost never serious, Eric has been ditching responsibilities and gaming since age 7. His favorite genres are FPS and racing, although most of his game time is currently spent on WoW
Chris has been playing World of Warcraft since 2007. When he's not playing his hunter in Azeroth, he's probably playing one of his many alt hunters. If not doing that, he's probably playing a different hunter.
The Virtua Fighter Project, Clive in Tekken 8, more GG Strive Balanace Incoming, and FGC Tournament Standards
Siren's Isle is upon us! Come take the Patch 11.0.7 quiz to see how prepared you are! Also, Eric hates PUGs.
We talk about what's going on with the Felcycles, and we've been playing some Mythic+ and Classic. And The Old Republic?
A heaping helping of banter mixed in with reviewing the level 93 trial of Dawntrail's MSQ. Also candy discourse.
