Season 2, Aberrus, Gearing & Chat Struggles

As Patch 10.1 is released, the guild takes one last go around with the skip to try to get the Razsageth skin for anyone while taking advantage of the Timewalking raids each week. The following week was met with rare hunting for some mats and such.
Eric can’t stop mining once he saw how much ore a node gave. His goal for 2400 was finally reached for the end of the season just in time with a whopping 414. Then he was able to continue to level alts with this last week of the never ending TWing run. At least there’s Darkmoon Faire to make up for some of it! Also, the moles he encountered have Wisconsin accents and it made him laugh at every turn.
Kura is almost at the end of his old job and looking forward to having more time to play the game. But until then, he was zoning in and out of consciousness trying to participate for raid nights. He did finally get some off time and spent a portion trying to understand the new upgrade system and is going to save sparks for gear that he really needs. Unlike Eric, Kura did not like the new faction…at least not until the end of Chapter 3. If you ever were curious about the boat turtle, say no more – it’s a 20 minute ride around.
After the last recording, Rei finally hit 2500 and another guildie who has no interest, decided to have it – just WAY too last minute which made it frustrating. Thankfully the lull Patch 10.1 week still qualified and she didn’t have to go through trying to time super high keys to get him a decent score. PSA: Plan out your achievements over the course of a season everyone! Last minute stuffies is the pits. Outside of the late night M+, some friends wanted to try out some PvP, but opposite factions can only do rated, so to rated they went. Why can’t we do everything together?!
In the news, there’s a toy locked in a chest that requires a Tailor and Leatherworker to craft a cloak in order to open, which caused players to start price gouging each other to get it. Some people may be having some FPS drops with the new update and there are a few options to try and alleviate it. A Ukrainian Twitch streamer get interrupted by loud sounds outside ( air defense ), and once he saw he was in no danger, he continued his stream.
